AI Developer / Agentic AI Engineer Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced AI Developer to design, build, and operationalize enterprise-grade AI solutions, including agentic automation and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). The role involves hands-on development across modern AI frameworks, cloud AI services (Azure & AWS), and large-scale data engineering platforms, ensuring solutions meet enterprise security, governance, and scalability standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop agentic AI and RAG pipelines using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar.
- Build AI components enabling reasoning, orchestration, automation, and semantic search.
- Integrate and manage enterprise LLM services while adhering to Responsible AI practices.
- Develop and deploy AI/data pipelines using Azure (Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Search, ML Studio, Functions, App Services) and AWS (OpenSearch, Lambda, ECR).
- Leverage Databricks for data preparation, feature engineering, embeddings generation, and large-scale analytics.
- Build backend services and APIs using Python (FastAPI, Flask) and integrate with enterprise systems.
- Implement model evaluation, experiment tracking, drift monitoring, and retrieval quality metrics.
- Develop CI/CD pipelines, containerized/serverless deployments, and automated testing.
- Produce technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational runbooks.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise security, data governance, and audit standards.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience in Python-based AI and backend development.
- Expertise in LLMs, RAG architectures, and agentic AI frameworks.
- Experience with Azure AI services and AWS search/compute services.
- Solid background in data engineering, Databricks, and scalable ML pipelines.
- Knowledge of containerization, serverless computing, CI/CD, and MLOps practices.
- Strong understanding of AI governance, security, and enterprise architecture patterns.
